30-DAY RETURNS

If you're not 100% satisfied with your BWOK shoes, return them within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN:
Step 1: Email info@bwok.world with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll confirm and send you our return address within 24 hours
Step 3: Pack the shoes in original condition with original packaging
Step 4: Ship the package to the provided address (customer covers return shipping cost)
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the shoes, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

RETURN CONDITIONS:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Original packaging required
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service

WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE:
- Items damaged by customer
- Custom-made items (custom size, color, leather, or finish)
- Special orders
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original packaging
- Return shipping costs

EXCHANGE POLICY:
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days with your order number.

EXCHANGES APPLY TO:
- Standard sizes only (US 7-13 in our regular collection)
- Original color and material as shipped
- Unworn items in original packaging

EXCHANGES NOT AVAILABLE FOR:
- Custom-made shoes (custom size, color, or material)
- Special orders
- Items modified to your specifications

Custom-made items are crafted specifically for your order and cannot be exchanged or resold. Please review your specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

After we receive your original standard-size pair, we'll ship the new size (customer covers return shipping; we cover the cost of sending the new pair).

CUSTOM ORDER DISCLAIMER:
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
- All sales of custom items are final
- Returns and exchanges are not available
- Production time may take 2-3 weeks
- Specifications cannot be changed after order confirmation

REFUND METHOD:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary based on your bank or card issuer.
