2-YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

Every pair of BWOK shoes comes with a 2-Year Warranty on craftsmanship and materials.

WHAT'S COVERED

- Stitching defects
- Sole separation
- Leather defects (not from wear)
- Hardware failure (eyelets, buckles, zippers)
- Manufacturing defects

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper care
- Water damage from submersion or prolonged exposure
- Damage from accidents
- Cosmetic changes from regular use
- Damage caused by third-party repairs

HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY

Step 1: Email info@bwok.world with the following:
- Your order number
- Date of purchase
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem

Step 2: We will review your claim within 48 hours

Step 3: If approved, we will:
- Repair the shoes at no cost to you, OR
- Replace the pair if repair is not possible
- Customer covers shipping the shoes to us
- We cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement pair back

VALIDITY

- Valid only for the original purchaser
- Proof of purchase required (order number)
- Warranty period starts from date of delivery
- Warranty is non-transferable

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain warranty validity:
- Use cedar shoe trees when shoes are not being worn
- Clean leather regularly with appropriate conditioner
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water or extreme temperatures
- Store shoes in a cool, dry place
- Do not use harsh chemicals

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom-made shoes are covered under the same 2-Year Warranty for craftsmanship and material defects. However, dissatisfaction with custom specifications (color, size, etc.) is not covered as these were chosen by the customer.
