Challenge
Run several BWOK properties as one coherent system rather than a set of disconnected sites, with a common brand, a common content structure and a technical foundation that later services can share.
Approach
One design system, typed content models and a single technical foundation, built in phases: the corporate site first, then the shared data layer and internal tools.
What was built
bwok.world built on Next.js with a tone-based design system and content separated from components; the Institute platform connected under the same brand; internal operations aligned to the same operating model.
